Return Policy

At Wildberry Waves, we want you to love your purchase! If your order isn’t the right fit, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Costs & Refunds
Although we offer free shipping, Wildberry Waves pays the cost of shipping your order to you. If you return an item, the actual original shipping cost associated with the returned item will be deducted from your refund. We will confirm the deduction when your return is approved.

Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund in addition to the original shipping cost.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us through wildberrywaves.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Returns must be approved before being mailed back.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping costs. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right, and you will not be responsible for shipping costs to correct our mistake.
